Under The Sheets, 2017, is a performance piece highlighting the issue of depression, the experience of isolation and intrusive thoughts, and how this can affect any one at any time. Through the use of an artist score (often seen in the 1960’s Fluxus movement) the audience was able to engage with the performance in a participatory or voyeuristic manner. When taken outside of the gallery walls, Under The Sheets offered a metaphorically realistic view as to how mental health is seen within the community.
